Inspiration & Influences: I don’t know how to describe the feelings of when I first saw and listened to the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat, Joel Peter Witkin, Boris Mikhailov, Igor Shavchenko, Tracey Emin, Sherrie Levine, Stelarc, and Laurie Anderson… Works of these artists “shook” my understanding. The first time I saw them I understood that these works had changed my mind for life. Sometimes I don’t know how exactly these works effect me, but they can hypnotize me and catch my attention.
